2008 budget includes expenses such as: street lighting electric bill, entryway electric bill, property taxes on common area, sprinkler system maintenance for entryway, common area mowing, liability insurance, postage expense, neighborhood picnic, legal fees, entryway landscaping, pond fountain, electricity, chemicals.
